This stress relief coloring workshop via Zoom is more than filling blank spaces - it's a virtual relaxation and stress reduction session woven with kind encouragement, a bit of laughter, and the soothing rhythm of color returning you to yourself. By the final page, you feel refreshed - a little lighter, with new ways to access calm tucked gently into your day. * Note: Each session starts with a 30-minute introduction to understand your goals and challenges, followed by 60 minutes focused on addressing them. A pre-session questionnaire will be sent after booking and must be completed before your appointment.
