'Return to Rhythm' is inspired by that memory - a return to physical and emotional ease captured in this return to rhythm mindfulness session. In our gentle movement and breathwork online gathering, we use simple stretches, guided breath, or even a meditation to foster restoring balance through meditation. Across 90 soothing minutes, I support you in a virtual session for relaxation and grounding, helping you let go of tension layered over busy weeks. Whether you're seeking a 90-minute tension release session after a long day or a restorative moment before starting anew, the activities flex to your needs. You do not need to be experienced - just willing to try. By session's end, you may find yourself moving with more ease, shoulders softer, spirit steadied, and daily stresses shifted into the background * Note: Each session starts with a 30-minute introduction to understand your goals and challenges, followed by 60 minutes focused on addressing them.
